Position: Part-Time Electric Distribution Analyst – Joint Use Department

Location: EMPACT Campus, College Station, TX

Hours: 20–30 hours/week (flexible with school schedules)

The Role:

At EMPACT Engineering, we’re not just mapping poles — we’re mapping the future of smarter utility networks. Our Joint Use team is looking for a Part-Time Electric Distribution Analyst who’s passionate about tech, collaboration, and solving real-world engineering problems.

You’ll work alongside innovative teammates to support electric distribution design and Joint Use make-ready projects for cooperative and communication clients. Think of it as the perfect mix of engineering, creativity, and digital problem-solving, all while learning from the best in the industry.

 What You’ll Do:

• Use 3D modeling software to create deliverables for electric distribution and joint use projects (construction drawings, staking sheets, permits, and more).
• Learn how to ensure electrical facilities meet NEC, NESC, RUS, and Cooperative standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to bring designs from concept to reality.
• Get hands-on experience in real-world engineering workflows that matter.
