USACE Easement Renewals

This project involved the preparation of easement renewal packages in full compliance with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) requirements. A structured, standards-driven approach was implemented to ensure all documentation met regulatory expectations and approval criteria. In coordination with a third-party Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS), accurate easement exhibits and supporting documentation were developed to support boundary validation and existing rights-of-way. This integrated process ensured regulatory alignment, minimized approval delays, and provided the client with audit-ready deliverables.
